Business Systems Analyst

Pay Range: $50 - $63/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to deliver optimized software solutions and components.
• Research, develop, and author solution requirements, user stories, and specifications for moderate to complex software systems.
• Utilize SQL and programming skills to analyze complex relational database schemas.
• Work with REST , SOAP , JSON , and APIs to enhance system functionality.
• Apply Agile methodologies and utilize Jira for project management.
• Produce artifacts such as business flow diagrams and context diagrams.
• Build OpenAPI contracts and conduct production incident analysis.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues within production and non-production environments.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Experience with release coordination and building dashboards/alerts.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence without direct authority.
• Flexibility to adjust work schedules to accommodate teams across different time zones.
• 5+ years professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutions.
• Strong understanding of complex relational database schemas and SQL management tools.
• Proven experience with Agile development methodologies and scrum tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to reverse engineer code to understand business logic and develop prototypes using Excel Macros , Java , and Angular .
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technology field.
