Job Description -

Jackson James is partnered with a growing organization that is undergoing an exciting digital transformation journey, having successfully implemented D365 Customer Engagement, the business has heavily customized its environment and leverages the wider Microsoft Power Platform to support core business operations and workflow automation.

The organization is preparing for its next stage of growth, including a migration to Business Central so this is a great opportunity to take ownership of business systems, drive transformation initiatives and have a genuine impact on how technology supports the wider business.

Responsibilities -

• Lead and support business transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Act as internal owner and advocate for D365 CE and Power Platform.
• Support company's migration activities into Business Central.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Identify data quality issues and implement solutions to improve reporting and decision-making.
• Help users maximize the value of business systems through training, support and best-practices.

Experience/Skills -

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform - Power Apps/Power Automate/Power BI.
• Business analysis and process improvement experience
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders & audiences.
• Experience supporting or contributing to ERP/CRM implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
• Comfortable analyzing data, problem-solving, and troubleshooting issues.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
