Business Systems Analyst (Trading Platforms)

Looking for a Business Systems Analyst with experience in fintech, Forex, or trading platforms.

Key responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders

Create clear, unambiguous specifications, use cases, and process flows

Model business processes using BPMN (Camunda or similar) and sequence diagrams

Design and document REST APIs, integrations

Work closely with Developers, QA, and Product Owners

Support testing, UAT, and business validation

Required experience:

Understanding of trades lifecycle, balances and basic fraud / risk scenarios

BPMN modeling, process analysis and sequence diagrams usable by engineers

REST APIs design and documentation (endpoints, request / response, JSON schemas)

Understanding of Integration with trading and other external systems

Ability to identify gaps, edge cases, and conflicting requirements

Ability to support testing, UAT, and business validation

Nice to have / Strong plus experience:

Anti-fraud systems

Event-driven architecture

Message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

Real-time and high-load systems
