Business Systems Analyst (Treasury Platform experience required)

We are seeking a technically proficient Business Systems Analyst with deep Treasury and Accounting knowledge who can support critical production platforms, drive finance transformation initiatives and lead AI-enabled process innovation across the organization.

80% Application Production Support, 20% Project work (as needed)

Experience

• 5+ years in Business Systems Analysis supporting Treasury, or Accounting technology platforms

• Experience in enterprise application support and production environments

• Experience in supporting SWIFT, SFTP, Banking APIs, Bank Portals and inhouse integrations

• Managing stakeholders across business, operations, vendors, and IT teams

• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity and business processes

Skills

• Business Analysis, Requirements Management & Process Optimization

• Proficient in SQL queries for analysis and troubleshooting

• Treasury, Payments, Cash Management, FX & Accounting general ledger operations

• AI Enablement using Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code & AI Agents

• Production Support, Incident Management & Vendor Coordination

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) Systems

• FIS Integrity, Kyriba or similar Treasury Management System

• Great Plains or General Ledger Platforms

• Financial Data Integration Platforms
