- Support database design, data mapping, system configuration, testing, QA, and deployment of new features and integrations.
- Investigate bugs and system issues, determine root causes, and implement or recommend fixes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, integrations, data flows, and application functionality.
- Research new technologies and tools to facilitate prototype solutions for improved efficiency.
- Work directly with users across departments to understand how systems are being used and where software or process improvements may have the greatest impact.
- Train and support end-users to drive high system adoption, proficiency, and continuous operational movement.
- Implement continuous improvement (CI) practice within the department.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or as required.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
- 1–2+ years of experience in business systems, information technology, business administration, or a related area preferred.
