Business Systems Engineer

What You Will Do

At Gamma Technologies, the right systems keep our technical and business teams moving. As GT grows and our needs become more complex, you will make sure the right solutions are delivered, maintained, and continuously improved.

In this role, you will:

• Administer and develop solutions within our business systems, including our CRM (Salesforce) and LMS (Docebo)
• Support our marketing automation (HubSpot), ERP (NetSuite), and other business platforms
• Work with our technical systems, including development task management (ClickUp) and revision control (Perforce and Git)
• Help evaluate and onboard new systems as our needs evolve
• Develop and maintain integrations between our systems, a critical part of this role
• Partner with business users to deliver, maintain, and continuously improve the solutions they rely on

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of experience in the Information Technology/Systems field
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience: Flow, permission sets, custom objects and fields, reports and dashboards, SOQL, Data Loader, and deployment through sandboxes
• Hands-on LMS administration experience: content and course management, reports and dashboards, user and group management, workflow automation
• Experience administering at least one other business system end to end
• Experience building and maintaining integrations between business systems using APIs, webhooks, and/or middleware (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier, or custom code)
• Ability to work directly with non-technical business users and translate their needs into working solutions
• Working knowledge of compliance and information security practices as they apply to business systems: least-privilege access, segregation of duties, and supporting access reviews and audit evidence requests
• Ability and willingness to work from 3:00 PM to 11:59 PM IST to collaborate with global teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified LMS administrator
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder a plus)
• Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components
• Experience administering ERP, marketing, legal ticketing, and/or task management platforms
• Familiarity with revision control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce)
• Familiarity with SSO (SAML/OIDC) configuration for business applications
