Business Systems Specialist

Mosanada FMS is looking for a Business Systems Specialist to join our Business Systems & Technology team at our Head Office in Qatar.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related field
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in business systems, application support, CAFM, software implementation, or business analysis
• Experience with CAFM/IWMS and business applications
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and functional documentation
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Experience with UAT, system implementation, and application support
• Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform, APIs, or system integrations is an advantage
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• FM industry experience is highly preferred

Role Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and system requirements from users, projects, and clients.
• Translate business requirements into practical system solutions and functional specifications.
• Support CAFM/IWMS, TRAIL, and other business applications.
• Coordinate system implementations, enhancements, integrations, and data migration activities.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user guides, and other system documentation.
• Coordinate UAT, functional testing, and system deployment.
• Work closely with software developers, vendors, and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
• Provide system training, demonstrations, and user support.
• Analyze system data and support reporting, dashboards, and KPI development.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
• Act as a bridge between business users, technical teams, vendors, and clients.

Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
