Business Technology Analyst

Heart to Heart is seeking a Business Technology Analyst to help improve, support, and expand the technology our teams use every day.

This is a hands-on role working across Airtable, Microsoft 365, automation tools, data, and other business systems. You will work directly with teams across the organization to understand how they operate, identify opportunities for improvement, and help turn those needs into practical technology solutions.

The role is well suited for an early-career professional who is technically curious, learns quickly, and enjoys solving problems. The work will include system configuration, automation, troubleshooting, process improvement, user support, and participation in new technology initiatives, including the growing use of AI across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and business applications

• Interest in automation, AI, and emerging technologies

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

• Able to work onsite in East Orange, New Jersey five days per week

Preferred Qualifications

Experience or familiarity with one or more of the following is helpful, but not required:

• Airtable or similar low-code platforms

• Microsoft 365

• Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or similar automation tools

• Excel or Google Sheets

• Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI tools

• Relational database concepts

• APIs or basic scripting

• Process mapping and documentation

• Healthcare, nonprofit, or intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) environments

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve solutions using Airtable, Microsoft 365, and other business platforms

• Create automations and integrations that reduce manual work and improve efficiency

• Work with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions

• Support technology improvement projects, including process automation and the use of AI in everyday operations

• Maintain accurate and consistent data across systems

• Troubleshoot issues and provide day-to-day technology support to staff

• Train users on systems, tools, and new processes

• Document systems, workflows, and procedures so they can be easily supported and maintained

• Evaluate new tools and technologies that may improve how the organization operates
