Vigilant Technologies Inc.

Start your career at Canada’s largest dedicated Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation partner.
At Novamodus (novamodus.ca), you won’t spend your first year making coffee or copying spreadsheets. From early on you’ll sit in client workshops, shape how Canadian cities, school districts, utilities and hospitals run their finances, supply chain and HR, and learn skills that stay in demand for decades.
We’re growing fast, and these are new positions created by our growth. We’re hiring 15–20 people.
Why Novamodus
· 130+ consultants, 135+ Oracle Cloud projects delivered, and growing
· A real career path: training, mentoring and promotion from within
· Real project work, plus proposals and client demos, so you learn the whole business
· One team in our Mississauga office, with no offshoring and no subcontractors
· We reward performance, not the calendar. We invest in people who step up, and high performers can grow far faster than they would elsewhere.
· Our offer letter will contain a guaranteed 20% increase in your initial salary once you successfully complete probation (6 months)
What you’ll do
· Run requirements workshops with clients and learn how their business works
· Turn those requirements into solutions in Oracle Fusion Cloud
· Configure the solution based on client requirements and the solutions that you worked on
· Test end to end, solve problems, and document your work
· Develop training material and train the client users
· Join proposals creation and product demonstrations to build well-rounded consulting skills
What you get
· Base salary of $45K–$50K, rising by $10K after probation (6 months)
· Contribution-based incentive pay (after probation): earn more when you help us win new work through proposals, demos and presentations
· Oracle certification within your first month. We pay the exam fees and a certification bonus
· Free Oracle training and practice access before you start
· Fully paid health benefits after probation: dental, vision, prescription drugs, extended health, EAP
· 3 weeks’ paid vacation + 3 personal days
· Additional company-declared paid holidays (up to 10 per year)
· Company events
Who we’re looking for
· A degree or diploma (or relevant work experience) in Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, Payroll, Computer Science or IT. Recent grads and final-year students who can work full-time are welcome.
· Sharp analytical thinking, curiosity, and a positive attitude
· Strong Excel and Word skills
· Fluent English, spoken and written (French is a plus)
· Authorization to work in Canada
· Willingness to work in our Mississauga office five days a week, travel in Canada when needed, and put in extra hours at critical project milestones
Nice to have: experience with Oracle, SAP, Workday or Microsoft enterprise apps, or any software certification.
How hiring works
· AI-assisted screening interview. We use AI to help screen applicants.
· In-person interview
· Short test and presentation, after self-study in an area of your choice using our free training material
We’ll let every interviewed candidate know our decision within 45 days.
Novamodus is committed to equal employment opportunity. Accommodations are available on request during the hiring process.
