Business Tester- Dynamics 365 & Azure DevOps

We are looking for a Business Tester- Dynamics 365 & Azure DevOps:

RESPONSABILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with modern testing methodologies and technologies for cloud-based software solutions, including CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of test management practices and Test-First approaches, including End-to-End (E2E) workflow testing, Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience analysing software requirements, business processes, use cases and user stories to ensure clarity, completeness and testability.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural environments and across all management levels.
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, particularly Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps.
• Experience designing, executing and maintaining test cases based on functional requirements, as well as identifying, documenting and tracking defects.
• Experience planning and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with test automation and its integration into CI/CD pipelines is valued.
• Proactive, analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a strong willingness to learn and develop both technical and business knowledge.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business representatives across different regions.
