Business Traineeship – E4 People

As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced recruitment professionals, gaining practical skills across candidate sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, shift allocation, and client management. This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in Business and Recruitment, while developing valuable industry knowledge in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Source, screen, and interview suitable candidates for vacancies
• Coordinate candidate onboarding, compliance, and recruitment documentation
• Allocate shifts and assist with employee rostering requirements
• Conduct reference checks and maintain accurate candidate records
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Provide administrative support and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process

About You

• Previous experience in a customer service role or nursing/healthcare environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• A professional and positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office applications
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• A genuine interest in Human Resources and Recruitment
