Business Unit Head

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related Engineering discipline; PRC Licensed Engineer preferred.

• Minimum of ten to fifteen (10-15) years of progressive leadership experience in construction, civil maintenance, infrastructure, and power-related industries.

• Proven experience in managing projects involving buildings, industrial facilities, power plants, transmission lines, substations, and other electrical structures.

• Strong background in business unit management, EPC project delivery, project management, contract administration, financial management, and operational leadership.

• Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project and Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.

  Work Experience
