Your main tasks

International account management: managing relationships with key accounts, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and developing sustainable partnerships.

Performance management: ensuring the profitability of activities, monitoring key performance indicators and deploying action plans adapted to the objectives set.

Business development: To increase sales and strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Team management: supporting managers, developing employee skills and uniting teams around common goals.

Operational optimization: ensuring that resources are aligned with the needs of activities and promoting continuous improvement in productivity and quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in international account management , ideally in a customer relationship environment.

Proven experience in managing major client accounts and developing long-term business relationships.

Fluent English , both spoken and written, is essential for communicating with international interlocutors.

Academic background: Minimum Bac+4.

Strong skills in performance management, results analysis and profitability management of accounts.

Strong leadership, excellent negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinking, results orientation and ability to identify development opportunities.
