What they need

The Business Unit Manager will lead the operations of a business unit, collaborating with Company departments to establish and enforce standards, drive operational efficiency, and enhance overall profitability.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Management/ Entrepreneurship
At least 5-years of relevant experience
Interdisciplinary experience in Management, Administration, Accounting, Sales, Marketing
Experience in E-commerce management is a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to think and plan strategically
Willing to work on field within Davao City
