About the role

The Business Unit Manager for DXT is a strategic leadership role responsible for the end-to-end success of a global digital transformation entity and Games Development. Reporting directly to the Board, you will act as a "Founder-in-Residence," owning the full P&L and driving aggressive growth in AI development, software solutions, and customized digital transformation services. You will lead a high-performing team of Business Development and Delivery professionals to ensure that DXT not only captures market share but delivers world-class excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute global sales strategies to meet or exceed annual revenue targets; identify emerging market trends in AI, Software, Games, Digital Transformation
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle via the Delivery Manager to ensure solutions meet client specifications and quality standards
• Manage the BU budget, optimize resource allocation, and ensure healthy profit margins across all global service lines
• Report monthly/quarterly to the Board on performance, market positioning, and long-term scaling strategies for the DXT brand

About you

• 10+ years in IT/Digital Services leadership; experience in a startup or high-growth entity; proven track record of managing global P&L
• Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM management
• Familiarity with AI development lifecycles, Software Development (Agile), games development + localization, and the digital transformation
• Strong and proven analytical and management skills
• Excellent communication and consultancy skills in English and Thai
• Entrepreneurial Mindset, Strategic Negotiating, Stakeholder Management, Financial Acumen, and Crisis Management
