Businesss Development and oodo implement Executive

We are looking for an Odoo Certified Functional Consultant with business development skills who can understand client requirements, recommend suitable Odoo ERP solutions, and manage the functional implementation process in coordination with the technical team.

Understand client business requirements, workflows, and operational challenges.

Analyze client needs and recommend suitable Odoo ERP modules.

Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and requirement discussions.

Prepare functional requirement documents and implementation plans.

Configure Odoo modules according to client requirements.

Coordinate with developers for customization, integrations, and technical issues.

Support system testing, data migration, user training, and go-live activities.

Identify potential clients, generate leads, prepare proposals, and follow up on business opportunities.

Provide post-implementation support and maintain client relationships.

Mandatory Requirements

Must hold a valid Odoo Functional Certification or relevant Odoo Implementation Certification.

Practical knowledge of Odoo ERP modules and implementation processes.

Ability to gather, analyze, and document client requirements.

Good understanding of business workflows and ERP solutions.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to coordinate with clients, developers, and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Odoo implementation, functional consulting, or ERP solutions.

Experience in CRM, Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, or HR modules.

Business development and client relationship management experience.

Odoo technical development knowledge is an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of qualified leads and client meetings.

Number of successful client conversions.

Accuracy of requirement analysis and documentation.

Successful Odoo implementation within agreed timelines.

Client satisfaction and quality of post-implementation support.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED9,500.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sharjah (Sharjah)
