Novo Lantern is looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Bussers to join our team in Boston's South End.

Novo Lantern brings a modern, fresh perspective to traditional Chinese flavors, and we're looking for team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant and take pride in creating a great experience for every guest.

Position Details

• Position: Busser
• Employment Type: Part-time, Full-time
• Location: Novo Lantern, Boston, MA
• Schedule: Evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables efficiently throughout service
• Keep the dining room clean, organized, and welcoming
• Assist front of house, water service, and other guest needs
• Keep service stations stocked and organized
• Assist the team during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality
• Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to provide an excellent guest experience
• Help wherever needed to support the restaurant team

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Able to stay organized while handling multiple tasks
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be available for evenings and/or weekends
