Duties

• Assist with food preparation, serving, and table setting to create a seamless dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness through regular cleaning and sanitation of dining areas, kitchen spaces, and equipment
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables efficiently and resetting them for new guests
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and food items following safe lifting practices
• Communicate effectively with team members using internal communication tools to coordinate service flow
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold food safety standards
• Support catering events by setting up tables, serving guests, and managing food distribution

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
• Knowledge of sanitation, food safety, and hygiene protocols in the food industry
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and serve customers effectively
• Experience with kitchen operations or catering is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong work ethic with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and customer satisfaction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
