Duties

• Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area
• Assist servers by bussing tables promptly and accurately, enhancing the overall guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing tables and chairs in accordance with food safety standards
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of tableware, chairs, and supplies using safe lifting practices
• Support food runners and kitchen staff with basic food delivery or transportation when needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly
• Uphold sanitation standards by adhering to cleaning protocols and food safety regulations at all times

Skills

• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation, and food safety practices within a restaurant environment
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and interact politely with guests
• Experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and table setting duties
• A proactive attitude with excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
