We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Busser to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our dining experience, ensuring that tables are impeccably cleaned, reset, and prepared for each new guest. Responsibilities

• Clear and remove used dishes, glassware, and silverware promptly and efficiently from tables.
• Clean tables thoroughly using proper sanitation techniques to maintain a hygienic dining area.
• Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, glassware, and condiments in preparation for new guests.
• Assist servers by delivering food or beverages when needed, supporting smooth service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, chairs, and surrounding surfaces.
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays or furniture while practicing safe lifting practices.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnover and guest needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and bending.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and guests.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety practices within the hospitality industry.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks with energy and enthusiasm.
• Experience in catering, hotel service, or the food industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.
