Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests, ensuring a smooth flow of service
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing tables and chairs regularly
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly to tables when needed
• Monitor the dining area for spills or hazards, addressing them quickly to ensure guest safety
• Support kitchen staff with basic food handling tasks when required, adhering to health and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service and guest needs
• Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing friendly, attentive support to both guests and colleagues

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
• Strong cleaning skills with an eye for detail to maintain a spotless dining area
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with team members and guests
• Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods during shifts
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is a plus
• Experience in hospitality or hotel settings can be advantageous but is not mandatory
• A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work as part of a fast-paced team
