Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in the fast-paced environment of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests. As a Busser, you will assist the waitstaff by clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork is essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, tables, and restrooms.
• Help set up dining areas for special events or catering services.
• Refill water glasses and provide additional support to guests as required.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies to maintain a clean working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to help others and contribute positively to the restaurant atmosphere.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
