Busser

Emish Restaurant is a Ukrainian and European restaurant located in Federal Way, WA. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Busser to support our servers and restaurant team and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.

The ideal candidate is responsible, energetic, attentive to detail, and able to work quickly and efficiently during busy restaurant service.

What You'll Do

• Assist servers with maintaining clean and organized tables
• Clear used plates, glasses, silverware, and other items from tables
• Clean and sanitize tables after guests leave
• Reset tables with clean plates, silverware, napkins, and other items
• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guests when needed
• Refill water and other non-alcoholic beverages as assigned
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and presentable
• Keep service stations stocked and organized
• Assist with running food from the kitchen to tables
• Help collect and organize dishes and glassware
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining restaurant areas throughout the shift
• Support servers, hosts, bartenders, and other restaurant staff as needed
• Respond quickly to guest and team member requests
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
• Help maintain a positive and professional atmosphere for guests and employees

Work Schedule: Full-time or part-time; schedule will be discussed during the interview. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

PayCompensation: $18-20/h + tips.

Full-time employees are eligible for competitive employee benefits including paid sick leave (1 hour per 40 hours worked), partial employer-covered medical insurance (75% for full-time employees), and paid vacation: 1 week after 1 year of employment and 2 weeks after 2 years.
