Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a steady flow of seating and service.
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly, supporting smooth service operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including wiping down tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces regularly.
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic meal assembly or garnishing.
• Handle dishwashing duties to ensure all utensils, glassware, and dinnerware are sanitized and ready for use.
• Restock service stations with necessary supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments to keep service seamless.
• Uphold food safety standards by adhering to proper handling procedures and sanitation practices at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and carrying items.
• Basic math skills for handling orders, bills, or cash transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for all guests.
