Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly to prepare for new guests, ensuring a seamless dining flow
• Assist with food and beverage delivery by bussing tables efficiently and safely
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing tables and chairs in accordance with sanitation standards
• Handle heavy lifting safely when moving chairs, tables, or supplies using proper manual handling techniques
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate table turnovers and special requests
• Support food safety practices by ensuring proper sanitation of utensils, dishes, and service stations
• Assist with general restaurant cleanliness and organization to uphold a welcoming environment for guests

Skills

• Strong cleaning skills with attention to sanitation standards
• Experience in bussing or supporting food service environments preferred
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices
• Excellent communication skills for internal team coordination and customer interaction
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety protocols, and hospitality standards
• Basic understanding of food handling, table setting, and sanitation procedures
• Previous restaurant or catering experience is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is valued highly

Pay: $2.13 - $7.25 per hour
