Duties

• Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring they are spotless and inviting for new guests
• Assist servers by bussing tables promptly, removing used dishes, glassware, and silverware with care
• Maintain high standards of sanitation through regular cleaning of dining areas, chairs, and utensils
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, chairs, or supplies following safe lifting practices
• Support food handling and service by delivering items from the kitchen to the dining area when needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnover and guest needs
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation protocols are followed consistently to uphold health standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key!
• Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and provide friendly guest support
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures within the food industry is a plus
• Experience in catering or kitchen environments can be advantageous but is not required
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for hospitality are essential for success in this role

Pay: From $17.13 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
