Duties

• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
• Assist with food preparation, serving, and bussing tables to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
• Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards
• Support cleaning routines in dining areas, kitchens, and service stations to uphold high sanitation standards
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate food delivery, catering orders, and special event setups
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure seamless service flow
• Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food industry standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of basic food handling procedures and safety standards
• Experience working in hotels or the food industry is a plus but not mandatory
• A proactive attitude with excellent customer service skills to create welcoming experiences for all guests
