Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. As a Busser, you will assist servers and contribute to the overall efficiency of the restaurant by helping to manage table turnover and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish their meals to prepare for the next guests.
• Assist servers by refilling drinks, providing additional utensils, and responding to guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
• Help set up tables for special events or catering services as required.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
• Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
• Support the overall operations of the restaurant by helping with various tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bussing or food service role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and helping create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper hygiene practices.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed in a restaurant setting.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
