Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across dining areas, kitchens, and service stations to ensure a safe and inviting atmosphere.
• Assist with bussing tables promptly to keep the dining space organized and ready for new guests.
• Support food service operations by helping with food handling, plating, and setup for service or catering events.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
• Help with food preparation tasks under supervision, adhering to proper food safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate serving efforts during busy hours or special events.
• Ensure proper storage and disposal of waste, maintaining a hygienic environment at all times.
• Support hotel or restaurant operations by assisting with light cleaning duties and restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is highly preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential!
• Strong cleaning skills and the ability to maintain high standards of sanitation.
• Experience with bussing tables, serving guests, or handling food in a professional setting is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
