Duties

• Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring they are spotless and properly set for new guests
• Assist servers by bussing tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of tableware, chairs, and supplies following safe lifting practices
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all areas of the dining space, including floors, tables, and service stations
• Support food handling procedures by ensuring proper sanitation during food service operations
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnover and guest needs
• Assist with light food service tasks when needed, supporting the overall flow of restaurant operations

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude!
• Familiarity with cleaning, sanitation, and table setting techniques is advantageous
• Strong communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and provide excellent customer service
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and physical movement of supplies or equipment
• Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality practices is a plus but can be learned on the job
