Fumée & Savú are seeking a Busser and be a vital part of creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests! In this energetic role, you will support the restaurant’s flow by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure that tables are promptly cleared, reset, and ready for new guests. Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a smooth dining flow
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages when needed
• Ensure all dining areas are clean, sanitized, and well-organized according to food safety standards
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of tableware, chairs, and supplies using safe lifting practices
• Maintain effective internal communication with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate service seamlessly
• Support sanitation efforts by cleaning floors, surfaces, and dining utensils regularly
• Provide friendly assistance to guests by answering basic questions and ensuring their comfort during their visit

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety practices is advantageous
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with proper safety techniques
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team and interact with guests
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in table setting and cleanliness
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in catering, hotel service, or the food industry is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
