Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring they are spotless and inviting for incoming guests
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation of dining areas, including floors, chairs, and tableware
• Support servers by bussing dishes, glasses, and utensils promptly to maintain smooth service flow
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of table settings and supplies using safe lifting practices
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnovers and guest needs
• Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with food delivery to tables when needed, supporting overall customer service efforts

Skills

• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards within a restaurant setting
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and servers
• Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and physical movement of supplies
• Customer service mindset with a positive attitude and eagerness to support guests’ dining experience
• Familiarity with table setting, food safety practices, and hygiene protocols in the food industry
• Reliable work ethic with the ability to stay energetic during busy service hours
