Busser

Naked Farmer is seeking a friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Busser to support daily restaurant operations and help maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment. This role involves clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, restocking service supplies, maintaining dining areas, and supporting the restaurant team during busy service periods. The ideal candidate is attentive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clear used plates, glasses, utensils, and other items from guest tables.
• Clean and reset tables promptly for incoming guests.
• Assist servers and front-of-house team members during busy service periods.
• Keep dining areas, tables, floors, and service stations clean and organized.
• Restock napkins, utensils, menus, cups, and other service supplies.
• Assist with delivering food and beverages to tables when needed.
• Help maintain smooth guest flow and efficient dining-room service.
• Communicate guest requests or service needs to servers and supervisors.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining front-of-house areas.
• Support opening, closing, and routine restaurant cleaning duties.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace procedures.
• Work cooperatively with servers, kitchen staff, hosts, and management.

Qualifications

• Previous busser, restaurant, café, hospitality, or customer-service experience is helpful.
• Friendly, professional, and respectful approach to guests and coworkers.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Good attention to cleanliness and organization.
• Able to move efficiently while handling routine service tasks.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to learn restaurant procedures and service standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
