Busser

Troy Social is looking for energetic and dependable Bussers to support our service team and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming dining environment. Bussers play an important role in keeping service moving efficiently and ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in providing efficient and attentive guest service.
• Clear dishes, glassware, silverware, and other items from tables.
• Reset tables quickly and accurately.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas.
• Refill water and assist with other guest needs as directed.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables when needed.
• Assist servers during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations.
• Stock silverware, napkins, glassware, and other restaurant supplies.
• Assist with pre-service setup and post-service breakdown.
• Communicate table needs to servers and management.
• Help maintain cleanliness of floors, dining areas, and other guest-facing spaces.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Work cooperatively with servers, runners, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry dishes, trays, and supplies.
• Availability for nights and weekends.
• Competitive pay based on experience

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
