Duties

• Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests, ensuring a smooth flow of service.
• Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and delivering condiments or utensils as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning tables, chairs, and surrounding areas regularly.
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, chairs, or supplies following safe lifting practices.
• Support food service operations by assisting with basic food delivery or catering setup when required.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnover and address guest needs promptly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations to uphold health standards.

Skills

• Strong cleaning skills with attention to sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with servers and kitchen staff.
• Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing.
• Knowledge of table setting, serving etiquette, and hospitality best practices.
• Familiarity with food safety protocols and sanitation procedures in the food industry.

Pay: $16.90 per hour
