Duties

• Clear tables efficiently, ensuring all dishes, glassware, and utensils are properly placed in busser cart.
• Assist servers by bussing tables promptly to maintain a smooth flow of service
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by cleaning tables, chairs, and surrounding areas regularly.
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays or furniture following safe lifting practices.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnover and guest needs.
• Assist in setting up tables with appropriate table settings and condiments as directed

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including table setting and sanitation practices, is a plus
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation protocols within the food industry or catering environment is advantageous
• Experience working in hotel or catering settings can be beneficial but is not mandatory
