Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes promptly to enhance the dining experience.
• Support food service operations by preparing ingredients, serving meals, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth operations during peak hours.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Uphold health and safety standards in all cleaning and food handling tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, including roles in restaurants or hotels.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen operations is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to hospitality and customer service.
