The responsibilities of a Busser in our restaurant are to prepare the dining room, have awareness of diners and table maintenance, anticipate guests’ needs, keep a clean work environment, be a problem-solver and a team player.

Job Requirements:

• Able to multitask and work quickly.
• Flexible and ready to work in shifts.
• Adhere to food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Cuba Libre recognizes the importance of music and rhythm in Cuban culture, transforming after dinner on weekends into a late-night Latin hot spot featuring DJs spinning a mix of Latin music, with live performers and dancing.

Pay: $18.40 - $22.00 / hour
