Duties

• Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area
• Assist servers by bussing tables promptly, removing used dishes, glassware, and silverware with care
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness by cleaning tables, chairs, and surrounding areas regularly
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, chairs, or supplies following safe lifting practices
• Support food runners and kitchen staff with basic food handling and transportation when needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnover and guest needs
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are upheld throughout the dining area

Skills

• Strong cleaning skills with attention to sanitation standards in a food industry environment
• Excellent internal communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff
• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required—training will be provided
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and proper posture techniques
• Customer service mindset with a friendly attitude that enhances guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of table setting, serving etiquette, and catering practices is a plus
• Good physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during busy shifts

Pay: $23.87 - $24.87 per hour
