Duties

• Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring they are spotless and properly set for incoming guests
• Assist with food delivery by bussing tables promptly and accurately, supporting smooth service flow
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing tables in accordance with food safety standards
• Handle heavy lifting safely when moving chairs, tables, or supplies, following proper lifting practices
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnovers and address guest needs promptly
• Support kitchen staff by managing waste disposal and restocking supplies as needed
• Uphold sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols and maintaining a hygienic environment at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Strong cleaning skills with attention to sanitation and hygiene standards
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and physical movement of furniture or supplies
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and serve guests courteously
• Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and hospitality practices is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
