Clover Club is seeking a dependable, attentive, and team-oriented Busser to support dining room operations and help create an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate takes pride in cleanliness, works efficiently during busy service periods, and enjoys supporting servers and bartenders. Responsibilities

• Clear used plates, glasses, and silverware promptly after guests finish dining.
• Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, glassware, and other required items.
• Assist servers with maintaining an organized and efficient dining room.
• Keep tables, floors, service stations, and guest areas clean throughout each shift.
• Refill water and provide basic table assistance when requested.
• Restock napkins, utensils, glassware, and other service supplies.
• Help deliver food and beverages to tables when needed.
• Communicate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to support smooth service.
• Follow sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned.
• Respond politely to guest requests and direct service concerns to the appropriate team member.

Qualifications

• Previous busser, food runner, or restaurant experience preferred but not always required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Willingness to follow instructions and support different front-of-house duties.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry service trays safely.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Clover Club is a cocktail bar in Brooklyn, New York, known for its craft cocktails and inviting atmosphere. The Busser helps the service team maintain clean tables, organized dining areas, and efficient guest service throughout the shift.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 per week

Work Location: In person
