Role Description The Busser is a part-time, on-site role based at the JADE PALACE restaurant in Scottsdale, AZ. This role is responsible for supporting servers and hosts by promptly clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables, ensuring dining areas are tidy and well-stocked throughout service. Day-to-day tasks include refilling water and basic beverages, assisting with delivering food when needed, restocking service stations, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas. The Busser will help ensure quick table turnover, respond to guest needs in a courteous manner, and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. This role works closely with the front-of-house team and may assist with basic opening and closing duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to support a positive guest experience.
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
• Basic knowledge or willingness to learn Food & Beverage service standards and hygiene practices.
• Ability to follow Training and guidance from supervisors and adapt to established restaurant procedures.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance, professional demeanor, and teamwork-oriented attitude.
