Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Busser to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, support servers in delivering excellent customer service, and ensure guests have a memorable dining experience. This role is perfect for individuals interested in the food service industry and eager to develop hospitality skills. Prior food industry or restaurant experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated applicants. The Busser position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean dining area
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down tables, and organizing utensils and condiments
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold safety standards
• Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks when necessary
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests politely and addressing their needs courteously
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required
• Strong cleaning skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
• Friendly attitude with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn about the food industry and hospitality standards

Pay: From $17.95 per hour
