Duties

• Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring they are spotless and properly set for incoming guests
• Assist servers by bussing tables promptly to maintain a smooth flow of service
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of chairs, tables, or supplies following safe lifting practices
• Support food delivery from kitchen to dining area when needed, ensuring food safety and proper handling
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnover and guest needs
• Uphold sanitation standards by adhering to food safety regulations and internal cleanliness protocols

Skills

• Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards
• Experience in bussing or supporting food service environments is preferred
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently, including heavy lifting
• Excellent communication skills for internal team coordination and guest interaction
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety practices, and sanitation procedures
• Customer service orientation with a friendly, positive attitude
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is key
