Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of the dining area
• Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
• Clear and clean tables efficiently by bussing dishes, resetting for new guests, and maintaining cleanliness throughout service
• Assist with basic food handling tasks to support kitchen staff and uphold safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and organizing service stations
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate orders and guest needs
• Support catering events or special functions as needed to ensure seamless service delivery

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly preferred
• Familiarity with bussing, serving, or food handling enhances your ability to excel in this role
• Experience working in catering or hotel environments is a plus but not required
• Strong communication skills are essential for interacting confidently with guests and team members
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and maintaining sanitary conditions is beneficial
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service
