Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests, ensuring a seamless dining flow
• Assist with bussing dishes, glassware, utensils, and linens from tables to maintain cleanliness and order
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing tables and chairs
• Assist with catering events or banquet setups by transporting supplies and ensuring timely service support
• Handle food handling procedures safely and follow sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and excellent guest service

Skills

• Experience in bussing or food service roles within restaurants or hospitality settings
• Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices
• Ability to perform light food preparation tasks and assist with catering or banquet events
• Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards
• Familiarity with restaurant or hotel environments through previous culinary or hospitality experience
• Excellent teamwork skills; able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
