Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly, ensuring a smooth flow of service for guests
• Assist servers with bussing tables, refilling supplies, and delivering dishes when needed
• Properly wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment following food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of all dining areas, including floors, chairs, and surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment
• Support kitchen staff with manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies or equipment using safe lifting practices
• Follow sanitation procedures to uphold health regulations and prevent cross-contamination
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and service needs
• Assist with general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and restocking supplies to ensure a tidy workspace

Skills

• Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Excellent communication skills for internal team coordination and customer service interactions
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking
• Familiarity with table setting, serving protocols, and basic food handling procedures
• Understanding of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices in hospitality settings
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $13.00 per hour
