Schedule & Shift Hours

• Shift Time: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Availability Needed: Full-time (4 days/week) or Part-time (2 days/week)
• Days: Tuesday through Sunday (Closed on Mondays)

Paik's Noodle is a popular Korean-Chinese franchise known for serving authentic, high-volume comfort favorites like Jjamppong, Jajangmyeon, and Tangsuyuk. We are looking for friendly, organized, and reliable Cashiers / Front of House Team Members to deliver great customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Dishwashing Operations: Wash, sanitize, and properly sort dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, heavy woks, and pans using the commercial dish machine or by hand.
• Bussing & Dining Room Support: Quickly clear, wipe down, and reset tables after guests leave to ensure fast turnover and a clean dining environment.
• Organization: Restock clean dishes, utensils, and cookware to their proper stations in the kitchen and front-of-house.
• Cross-Training & Support: As time and conditions permit, assist the kitchen team with basic food prep tasks and additional general cleaning duties.
• Maintenance & Cleanliness: Empty trash bins, sweep and mop floors, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe dish pit throughout the shift.
• Closing Duties: Break down and clean the dish machine, properly store remaining equipment, and assist with end-of-day dining room and kitchen cleaning.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a busser, dishwasher, or in a restaurant is preferred, but not required (we are perfectly willing to train the right candidate).
• Ability to hustle, stay focused, and maintain speed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Comfortable working with water, cleaning supplies, and commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Physical stamina: Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs safely.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
