As a Busser/ Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and efficiently. You will work closely with the kitchen staff and servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for the food industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
• Assist servers by providing support during busy service periods.
• Ensure that all food orders are accurate and meet presentation standards before serving.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status and any special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Handle food safely and adhere to health regulations at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, catering, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
