Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a dynamic role that encompasses various responsibilities within the food service and hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, food handling, and kitchen operations, ensuring a high-quality experience for our guests. Duties

• Perform cleaning duties to maintain a sanitary and organized work environment.
• Assist with bussing tables and ensuring dining areas are clean and inviting.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly.
• Support food service operations, including serving meals and beverages to guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
• Handle food safely by following proper food handling guidelines and procedures.
• Participate in catering events, assisting with setup, service, and breakdown as needed.
• Utilize strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by working collaboratively with colleagues.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, including roles in restaurants, catering, or hotels.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling practices is essential.
• Experience in customer service roles that require strong interpersonal skills.
• Background in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
